Ingredients
300 mg. green beans
1-2 pinches of cooked black sesame seeds
Condiments
½ tsp. sea salt
Sesame oil
Steps
1. Rinse beans thoroughly. Remove hard vein on the side of the beans, and cut in half. Blanch until cooked. Drain excess water. Add sea salt and sesame oil to the beans. Mix well then put it in a plate. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve.

Pick string beans that are green and firm. Removing the hard vein on the side the beans will make them even tastier.
Information
Green beans are good for replenishing blood, clarifying vision, and preventing beri beri. They are also an effective laxative. However, green beans contain two toxins: hemagglutinin and saponin, which stimulate the gastrointestinal system and cause red blood cells to coagulate or undergo hemolysis. Nevertheless, these toxins will disintegrate at temperatures higher than 100ºC. Therefore, green beans must be fully cooked before eating.
