健康飲食十二要素2013-01-10

1.素食:一點葷也不吃,是防治文明病的核心。
2.粗食:不吃精製的食物。
3.慢食:一口飯至少嚼30下,一頓飯吃半個小時,可以減肥、美容、防癌、健腦。
4.早食:即三餐皆需早。早餐早食還是一天的「智力開關」;晚餐早食可預防疾病。
5.淡食:包括少鹽、少油、少糖三大內容。
